The softness and warmth of the Kashmir Goat’s wool protects it from the extremes of climate in its natural habitat. This makes it an ideal complement to the fine properties of merino wool. The blend of fibres used in this range provides the maximum benefit of each at a realistic price.

Material:  Merino wool is renowned for its resilience, natural elasticity and softness.  To this we have added Cashmere wool to provide you with a silky smooth texture.  Arellemerino mattress toppers are made of two layers of this fine blend each woven to produce the fleecy texture. To give extra support and health benefits the layers are separated by a hypoallergenic filling.  Beware!  Poor quality toppers are often sold with a wool fleece on only one side and are described as “reversible” for use in different seasons.  Avoid these toppers!  Merino wool adapts to different temperatures and provides support so just sleep on as much as you can! Our mattress toppers contain twice as much natural fibre compared to many inferior products.  Ask us to send a free sample of our materials before you buy.

Healthier: The warmth and wicking properties of merino wool make it the natural choice for next-to-skin outdoor pursuits clothing.  The same qualities make it excellent for bedding. It stabilises temperature and humidity to promotes deeper, healthier sleep.  The natural fibres also offer protection against allergy-causing dust mites whilst the fleecy texture provides support and lasting comfort.   Arellemerino blankets are excellent for all ages.

Easy to clean:  Arellemerino mattress toppers are effective under a sheet or you may prefer to sleep directly on your topper. Natural fibres resist dirt and microbes.  Merino wool blankets also resist allergy causing dust mites.  We recommend shaking your Arellemerino blanket occasionally, preferable outside.  Surface dirt or marks can be wiped away with a damp cloth.  You can also use mild detergent.  If the blanket is badly stained it should be dry-cleaned by a specialist cleaner.  Treated properly your Arellemerino blanket will last for many years making it excellent value.  Contact us for more information.
